Station Three is located in the 4500 block of West Avenue.  Four miles south of Headquarters this station was part of an upgrade to Public Safety Services provided to residents of the south end of Ocean City. When first opened in 1975 it housed, Engine Three and a Police Sub-Station. The Building also has space for a remote US Post Office and storage for life guard boats and stands. 

The Police Sub-Station is long gone, but the members of OCFD's  AED equipped Engine Three(3) continue to provide FIRE and EMS Services to Residents and Visitors of the south end. With an average response time of 2.2 minutes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
